The RFP requested proposals for Time-Based, Site Specific, Community Engaging Thought Provoking Artwork. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the afternoon local performance and installation artist Esther Hernandez stopped by the Young Artist Studio to introduce the genres of Performance Art and Fluxus Art to the teens.
