How To Add A YuJa Video To Your Course

To add YuJa videos to your course that have previously been added to or uploaded to YuJa, please follow the steps listed below.   If you need to upload a new video to YuJa to link within Blackboard Learn, you may find those steps at this linked tutorial: How to Upload Media to YuJa in Blackboard.   If you need to create a new video using your webcam and/or screen, please review the steps listed in the Recording with YuJa tutorials which you can find at these links: Windows, Macintosh

    1. Log onto Blackboard and select your course from the My Courses list
    2. From the left-hand menu, select the content area you want your students to access the videos from. (Ex:Content, Assignments, Discussion Board, Tests, etc.)
    3. You can add YuJa videos to any areas of the course that has a textbox and Mashup tool (Ex: Items, Discussions, Announcements, etc.)

    5. From the window that appears you may either scroll down and select your video if it is listed, or you may use the search bar to look for titles in the Shared RepositoryScreenshot showing YuJa Media Chooser PopUp.     6. After locating the video, click on it (It will turn Green)

    8. If you would like to be able to open the video in full-screen mode, please click on the HTML button in the Blackboard text editor and locate the YuJa embed code, and add the additional attributes in bold below:
