  1. To gain a better understanding of anatomy and physiology through teaching<\/li>\n
  2. To find effective strategies for engaging students with class content during lab<\/li>\n
  3. To develop efficient ways of facilitating student’s learning, especially through helping student’s find their own learning styles<\/li>\n
  4. To assist professor in duties associated with laboratory classroom setting<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Laboratory set up and clean up<\/li>\n
    2. Help students with use of microscopes<\/li>\n
    3. Help students with learning safe and effective lab skills<\/li>\n
    4. Contribute to a stimulating learning environment<\/li>\n
    5. Help instructor with lab practicals (set up, administration, clean up)<\/li>\n
    6. Circulate among student lab groups and answer questions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      SKILLS DEVELOPMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        1. Improve listening and communication skills with students<\/li>\n
        2. Develop strong lab skills and improve knowledge of general biology<\/li>\n
        3. Develop strong dissection skills and improved knowledge of anatomy and physiology<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          2. Formal or on-the-job training:<\/p>\n

          On the job training will be provided by the instructor but the student should have competency in anatomy and physiology from previous coursework<\/p>\n
