You, your colleagues and your students are invited to join the Metro State Math Department for our 29th annual Math Day Competition on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.<\/p>\n

If you’re sure you’re not interested, please send me a quick “No thanks”\u00a0 at jcarte11@msudenver.edu<\/span><\/a> or here<\/a> so that I don’t send you any more information.<\/p>\n Math Day, a free, fun-filled day of friendly mathematical competition, will run this year on Tuesday, April 18th, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Participating high school mathematics faculty members are invited to join the math and computer science faculty from Metro for a nice lunch (it’s on us!).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The students can enjoy lunch at the Tivoli Student Union, or at any of the various food outlets nearby.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Please talk to your math colleagues and, as a school, plan to bring as many as eight students (two teams of four students) or just one team of four students. If you have more than two teams please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate all your students!
