Students are expected to be aware of any additional course policies presented by the instructor during the course.<\/p>\n MW 11-1230<\/p>\n TR 11-12<\/p>\n Basic Discrete math and all that entails.<\/p>\n I will give daily written\u00a0assignments from the notes.\u00a0All of the problems should be attempted! Those problems that you are unable to do should include some indication of where you are stuck and how confident you are in what you have done.<\/p>\n In class we will discuss the homework and work problems in groups. Students will be expected to actively participate in discussion and to present work at the board.<\/p>\n You should have noticed that 20% of your grade depends of presentations. Every class will begin with presentations, The presentations will be graded on a scale of 0,3,4,5 ranging from ‘nothing there’ to ‘perfect’. At the end of the semester your grade on the presentations will be calculated as a percentage of the highest score in class.
