Registration fees include the following. Evening drinks and appetizers on 10/11. Lunch, dinner, drinks, and snacks on 10/12. Drinks and snacks on 10/13. Breakfast is included as part of the hotel room cost. An additional fee is required for the field trip on 10/11.

Cancellation Policy:
- For a refund, only written cancellations received by email, fax, or mail prior to October 1, 2019 will be accepted. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2019. Registrants who do not attend the conference and who have not complied with this policy are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time.
