RMBAA’s Executive Committee consists of five officers:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Todd<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

President<\/strong><\/span> (<\/span>4-Year Term)<\/p>\n

Dr. Todd Yokley is a Professor of Anthropology and Director of the Biological Anthropology Laboratory at Metropolitan State University of Denver. He initiated and coordinated the founding of RMBAA. As President, Todd chairs both the annual business meeting and the Executive Committee, and coordinates planning for RMBAA’s annual meetings. His areas of interest within biological anthropology include Paleoanthropology, Human Biological Variation, Neandertals, and Nasofacial Anatomy.<\/p>\n

\"Paul<\/p>\n

Vice-President<\/strong><\/span> (<\/span>4-Year Term)<\/p>\n

Dr. Paul Morse is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine. As VP of RMBAA, Paul is responsible for the annual meeting program and assists in annual meeting planning. He is also our logo designer-extraordinaire! His areas of interest within biological anthropology include Primate Paleontology, Primate Dietary Ecology, the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum, and Primate Evolution and Adaptive Radiations.<\/p>\n

\"Michala<\/p>\n

Secretary-Treasurer<\/strong><\/span> (<\/span>4-Year Term)<\/p>\n

Dr. Michala Stock, D-ABFA is an Associate Professor of Anthropology and Director of the Human Identification Laboratory<\/a> at Metropolitan State University of Denver. We have Michala to thank for incorporating RMBAA as a non-profit(!), and her other Secretary-Treasurer duties include taking meeting minutes and keeping the association’s financial accounts. Her areas of interest within biological anthropology include Forensic Anthropology, Skeletal Growth and Development, Intraspecific Variation, Sexual Dimorphism, and Quantitative Methods.<\/p>\n

\"Jill<\/p>\n

Communications Coordinator<\/strong><\/span> (3<\/span>-Year Term)<\/p>\n

Jill Scott is the Anthropology Laboratory Coordinator at Metropolitan State University of Denver. As Communications Coordinator, Jill maintains RMBAA’s website, social media accounts, membership listserv, and sends out communications to the membership (in other words, if you want to be in the know with RMBAA, contact Jill<\/a>!). Her areas of interest within biological anthropology include Paleoanthropology, Human Biological Variation, Neandertals, Early Modern Humans, Homo naledi<\/em>, Craniomandibular Anatomy, and Geometric Morphometrics.<\/p>\n

\"Marian<\/p>\n

Membership and Student Affairs Coordinator<\/strong><\/span> (3<\/span>-Year Term)<\/p>\n

Dr. Marian Hamilton is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Northern Colorado. As Membership and Student Affairs Coordinator, Marian, along with the other ExComm members, evaluates membership applications, and she also maintains our membership records and coordinates student-centered events (like the student-oriented professional development workshop at the annual meeting). Marian’s areas of interest within biological anthropology include Paleoecology, Human Behavioral Evolution, Stable Isotopes, Strontium Isotopes, and Landscape Use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
