You can call in at any time and so can your students.<\/li>\n<li>This is for questions relating to your computer, online MSU pages, and More!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Canvas<\/h1>\n<p>Canvas\u00a0 Support &amp; Training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check out the Ready page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msudenver.edu\/ctld\/ready\/\">Self help tutorials offered through CTLD <\/a>will continue to support you on your Canvas journey.<\/li>\n<li>Canvas provides access to 24\/7 support, which you can access through the help link in Canvas (shown below) or by calling 1-877-433-5878.<\/li>\n<li>You have access to this Linkedin Learning preliminary training through MSU Denver.\u00a0 Log in using your MSU Denver ID and password to access it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.msudenver.edu\/socialwork\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/402\/2020\/07\/Help-Link-Canvas.png\" alt=\"Screen shot showing how to access Canvas support\" width=\"316\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Logging in to Canvas<\/h2>\n<p>To log into Canvas, go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msudenver.edu\/facstaff\/\">faculty and staff hub<\/a>, where you would normally log into Blackboard or access your email.\u00a0 In the Teaching and Learning section, where you would normally find access to Blackboard, Click on Canvas.\u00a0 See the screenshot for help<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-605 \" src=\"http:\/\/sites.msudenver.edu\/socialwork\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/402\/2020\/07\/Access-Canvas.png\" alt=\"Screenshot showing the Canvas link on faculty and Staff hub page.\" width=\"381\" height=\"285\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After logging into Canvas, you&#8217;ll see the Dashboard page, with published courses at the top, and unpublished courses at the bottom. Depending on your faculty role, you will be preparing a course for export or you will be importing the Lead Template! Contact your lead faculty with content questions and\/or to get access to your semester course.
