I have always wondered,
why are church windows cracked?
Why Mother Mary is shown
in broken pieces;
as if different colored glass would hide the
gaps that the light strikes
through.
Was she hurt too?
Shattered when He left,
and all she could do was pray? For
Him to bring the heavens down,
and stay at her side as his rightful place.
Let every Scripture, every sermon
serve reminder —
God does not belong on Earth.
