Student Research

I had the privilege of working as an undergraduate researcher with one of my professors from undergrad, Dr. Prakash Boominathan. He mentored me both in how to conduct a literature search and taught me the importance of early research training. I also had the opportunity to collaborate on research with a classmate of mine and learned very early how to and how not to pick collaborators. My early research experiences gave me the confidence to present my work at conferences.

If you are someone that is interested in research, but do not know how or where to get started, please watch the videos below and read the content on this page. I am sure you will walk away with 1 or 2 tips, a possible research idea, or at least an ounce of inspiration! Read on!
